TCMax must be running a version supported by the vendor.

Running the current version ensures any product updates have been addressed and tested by the vendor.

Inside the TCMax application, select "Help", then "About".

If the product version is not 9.8 or greater, this is a finding.

Upgrade to the latest version of TCMax.
