TOSS 5 policycoreutils-python-utils package must be installed.

Verify the TOSS 5 "policycoreutils-python-utils" service package is installed using the following command:

If the "policycoreutils-python-utils" package is not installed, this is a finding.

Install the "policycoreutils-python-utils" service package using the following command:
